I was about to come over & say “yeah, it looks like WW is luxuriating in a sauna after a hard day of lugging her new implants around” but not be all that genuinely annoyed. I didn’t know it was a picture with White Vixen in it! First, for the No Prize: maybe since she no longer possesses the power of the animals of Africa, her black is wearing off, since she instead borrows the power of all off the white JLA guys? Or, or, maybe she’s a Skrull! Or made a pact with the devil? Or maybe she’s been possessed by Eclipso?
Also, maybe to make up for all the Black Lightnings & Black Goliaths there SHOULD be a “White Vixen.” Maybe it is Vixen’s new caucasian clone?

bc why be annoyed that everyone seems to think it’s normal to show injured women in sexy, inviting poses, right?
I mean, how does that relate to serious issues like genocidal rapes in the Congo, honor killings in Afghanistan, domestic violence here in the US, our lack of response to any of this….

I am not familiar with Vixen, but I just noticed: The white-washed version you show has her breasts covered by almost suspender-like straps with a lot of cleavage and side-boob action, while the example you give of what Vixen is supposed to look like has her in a modest (for superheroines) halter top. Has Vixen ever worn this more revealing costume before, or is it another liberty taken by the artist?

Vixen clearly went in for a full body whitening at the same surgery clinic Wonder Woman went to get her gigantor implants.
Also, I have strongly disliked the art on Justice League since the title re-booted. It’s all so muscle-exaggerating and anatomy doesn’t work that way-esque.

You’re right about the straps, they do look more like suspenders rather than the halter-top jumpsuit that Vixen usually wears. I’m guessing that the artist was taking a bit of a liberty there.
Which is too bad, because I really like Vixen’s costume.
